Returns & Shipping

Shipping

  • Free shipping on every US order.

  • All jewelry is packed in a little gift box, ready to give, and shipped inside a sturdy shipping box.

  • International orders ship by USPS, with rates shown at checkout.

  • Ready-made pieces ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom and Kahu Memorial Glass pieces take about 2 weeks to make before they ship.

Returns on ready-made pieces

  • You can return a ready-made item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging.

  • The buyer pays return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, I'll cover the return shipping. Please contact me within 14 days, and include a photo if possible.

  • Sale items follow the same return policy. They are not final sale.

  • Once I receive the return and check it, I'll refund you to your original payment method.

Custom orders and Kahu Memorial Glass

  • Custom orders and Kahu Memorial Glass pieces are made just for you, so they're final once work begins.

  • If you change your mind before your pet's ashes arrive or before I start working, you'll get a full refund.
